Bringing a job to foreground from another TTY over SSH?

Hi All,

I am connected to my home Ubunto 6.10 box from work using SSH CLI
(Terminal).

I ran a command on an XTerm while I was at home and I would like to bring it
to my terminal at work.

Is it possible?  How?

I hope I explained it correctly...
