help with access.log file from apache

Hello Guys,,, I see at my apache2 access log file the following entry.

I try to see if my site was hacked or not and I did not found any evidence
that shows that it have being.

But I see that the response code for my apache its 200, and that it's an OK

I did try to find any dir that say's something like k5 and no one.

Any idea of what should I look at?
