GUI program besides soundconverter to convert files?

After taking up previous suggestions in the "mp3 ID3 tags" thread, I
was wondering what GUI-based programs besides soundconverter are
available/recommended for converting flac files to mp3 (and keeping
the ID3 tags intact)?
