get rid of annoying session-saving prompt on logout?

Hi,

When I log out of ubuntu, I am asked for two confirmations:
1) confirmation "do you really want to log out?"
2) "the following windows do not support session management. you will
have to restart them when you log back in"
(messages approximate, it's hard to capture them and then keep working).

I don't mind (1). But (2) is really annoying, as it's sometimes hidden
and I can forget that I haven't yet really shut down. I would like to
getrid of it but don't see an option in gconf. anything I can do about
this?

thanks,

matt
