Lost use of webcam upgrading from dapper to edgy.

Had this problem myself with a Creative Webcam Pro Ex, I knew that it
used the pwc driver (it appears yours does too) then I found this had
been added to the wiki

It has a test to check if your driver is broke and step by step
instructions for compiling a working version.
