Yes, sticker.  (Sorry for the typo.) Indeed they just plonk on a canned
copy of windows and everything else: mp3 music, games, Office, Photoshop
and the Kitchen Sink.

Actually we had a legal copy of Windows on a laptop at the office that
died, and sent it for repairs, and the repair shop just reinstalled the
lot with their illegal copy.    There's no way to replace that with a
legal copy without a reinstall so I just applied a crack to make it do
all updates, IE7, Windows Defender, etc.

I guess you have to ask for it?  Especially businesses would not want
another copy of windows on it when they already have licenses..
