pypanel fails to run on Edgy after install

Folks,

I'm running openbox on Ubuntu Edgy, and for a task bar/system tray I'm
trying to use pypanel. I've installed it from the repository via the
package manager, but there doesn't seem to be an executable
anywhere...when I try to run it from a terminal, I get command not found
-- as user and sudo. Is this a broken package? Or (more likely) am I
missing something painfully obvious?

Pete
