How do I check my hardware from CLI?

Hi All,

I am at work, connected to my box remotely via SSH and I would like to find
out as much as possible about my memory chip:

Brand, speed etc.

I would like to shop for an identical chip online - all I know is a DDR400
512MB chip....

My MoBo supports FSB 800MHz, so I might replace them both...

Any ideas / pointers?

Thanks!
