Well,

sort of. I use a Samsung YP-F1. Works as USB-Storage under Linux, 
absolutely great, plays OGG, includes FM stereo, great earphones with
excellent sound. Do not know about FLAC, never used it so far.

The only drawback: It is so tiny, that you simply cannot fit conventional
batteries.
