The man's company already owns licenses I think.  Claiming your money
back applies to computers bought with OEM versions of Windows installed.

But yeah, it would be cool if more peopel did that.  Not because it
would hurt Microsoft in the slightest, but because it would
manufacturers think more seriously about offering computers without OS,
with FreeDOS or any Linux flavor.
