Just to clarify, this was not a unilateral decision, I prompted the list
administrator to make the change, based on what the Community Council
has approved, which in my view is the body that is able to determine
this sort of policy. (I understand that you disagree with that, but
that's my view.)

As for the rest, I think I've explained my view already, and you've
explained yours, we're not going to get much further there. We simply
disagree about the extent to which the list community takes these decisions.
