Hi all, Glendon,

I had this problem a while back and granted I cannot
recall all the steps I made, however right now I have this
libGL.so.1 issue fixed by renaming it to, say,
libGL.so.1.backup and then creating a symlink that's
called the same, pointing it to libGL.so.1.2, like here:
`sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libGL.so.1.2 /usr/lib/libGL.so.1`

I needed to download an older version of the file
libGL.so.1.2, found a reference and an explanation to it
in the forums, I forget the thread. If anyone needs it,
lemme know and I'll find a way to upload it somewhere.
I'll briefly look for the thread in the 'forums, I'll post
it later if I can find it.

The regular disclaimers apply, this works for me but might
not work for you, please don't blame me if you break your
system and can't repair it afterwards. :) My trick is a
dirty hack and should not be taken as the Official
Truth(tm).

HTH. :)
