It should be able to cope fine doing all three at once. Ten years ago, I
was doing web/mail/file serving + X terminal serving, all with a
single Sun Sparc 10, and later, a Sun Ultra 2, both of which are
considerably slower than today's hardware. This was serving a department
of around eighty or so staff and postgraduate students.

Obviously it's much better to have multiple machines to handle separate
tasks (I don't much like the idea of having users with local accounts on
file servers), but sometimes budgets don't stretch that far...
