Ah, must be that ;-)
But it's not my fault... I clicked on the main download page from the Ubuntu homepage, and they give 8 mirrors for DVD's. And as luck would have it, only ONE of them actually has 6.06.1 (and indeed it works) !!! So before discovering this one, seeing as all the others had 6.06, and not even remotely thinking that they could STILL not be up to date, well I just assumed that "6.06" was pointing to whatever maintenance/point release was current !
I mean 6.06.1 was realased ages ago, how come the bittorrent files, such tiny files, are still not updated ??? :-/

Sadly, there is no link on Ubuntu's download page, linking to this URL !
And even then... the file name doesn't specify "6.06.1" either (just says "Dapper"), so it's still confusing, if you are not 100% sure that you are looking at the right file.
Anyway, I think the download page linked from the Ubuntu homepage ought to be glitch free ! Having 7 mirrors out of 8, with outdated and non-working BT links, doesn't make for a smooth/professional experience :-(
And why do we need to put BT files on mirrors BTW, can't we just have direct BT links on the download page, rather than searching through every mirror ?
