Ubuntu DVD : bittorrent doesn't work ??

Hello,

I am trying to download the Ubuntu DVD using bittorrent, but the BT client that pops up, fails to start the download, and tells me that:

"Rejected by tracker
Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker"

I don't know what is meant by "tracker".
I tried to rule out a bug in the GUI client, by using the ncurses UI in a terminal, but it gives exactly the same error, so I am wondering if maybe there could actually be a technical problem with the torrent itself ? Can anyone reproduce this problem... or is it just me that can't download the torrent ?
