$ ping -T tsandaddr 10.19.73.22

will produce

64 bytes from 10.19.73.22: icmp_seq=9 ttl=64 time=5.02 ms
TS:     10.19.73.9      61260822 absolute
        10.19.73.22     109029
        10.19.73.22     0
        10.19.73.9      -109024

$ ping -T tsonly 10.19.73.22

will produce

64 bytes from 10.19.73.22: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=1.92 ms
TS:     61328974 absolute
        109025
        0
        -109023


The -T is not an option to spoof the timestamp.
