Ok, I reinstalled the kernel-image, ndiswrapper-utils, installed
ndiswrapper-utils-1.8
Now I'm able to load the module.
root at laptop:/etc/ndiswrapper/prisma00# dmesg

Is it okay to shutdown 'wlan0' interface and reload the module?
If loading the module crashes kernel, then say N here

Which is weird, with the prism54 driver it doesn't have any problems.
