Rajesh,

This is from a little over a week ago, so I hope you found the answer by 
now. In case you have not, network manager will not manage any interface 
that is defined in the /etc/network/interfaces file, unless it is 
defined as inet dhcp. If you comment the ADSL connection out of that 
file, network manager should be able to manage that connection.

I personally have not used it with anything other than wireless and 
wired connections, so I am curious if this will work without further 
configuration. Please let us know if this works for you.
