Glom, ReKall or Other

I'm using Ubuntu Dapper, and have installed PostgreSQL. I am in the process
of setting up a database, and would like to get some opinions on which
graphical tool might be best for interacting with PG. I don't want to get
deep into programming a custom front-end for my project, either. Just
looking through the Add/Remove tool, I get a choice of Glom, Rekall, or
Mergeant. I know Glom is GNOME-Centric, and Rekall is KDE-Centric. If you
have experience with these, I would like to know which you prefer and why.
The DB will store data from a research project I'm working on. I mainly
want to be able to perform some statistical analysis and produce reports
that I can stand to look at. I may have some interest in producing the end
results in HTML, ODF, or PDF. Yeah, I'm probably going to also try an
ooBase version.
Rekall appears to be the better (or more mature) tool. Any issues running
it under GNOME?
Thanks in advance!
Don
