How do I create anew user in Kubuntu

the most RSI-friendly option is :
- open a terminal
- type in : sudo adduser

drawback is that you have to do the group-file settings manually

[gui]
in ubuntu there's "system" -> "administration" -> "users and groups",
so i assume in kubuntu there's a similar option in the menu
