/opt is missing

I never saw that definition before, but it does make sense if you think
about it - 3rd party binaries are usually statically compiled. It's also
a good way to keep the static stuff out of the way in it's own section
of the filesystem (why yes, I have been tripped up with that a time or
three before...)
