Why on earth do you want to do that? This isn't Windows, you know.
Besides, if you do that then do a full upgrade with the same
repositories, chances are you'll end up back in *exactly* the same
position :-)

You still have a terminal, so simply use apt from the command line to
downgrade the appropriate packages to the last known good version.
