Friefox frequently crashing

This is what happens to me. For example when I'm at HI5 (www.hi5.com),
and people had the Music Radio, and slidshows from www.slide.com, my
browser just hangs. And I've seen that when it hangs is only with sites
that had Flash content, this is happening since I've done a update to my
system 5 days ago, but I just get the browser down. With Opera none of
this things happen. I don't know why. Tomorrow I will try to identify
the problem and see my logs, then I can *google-it* for a solution, if
this is a bug or a problem of my system configuration.
