[OT] FAQ maintenance tool

Hello Ubuntu fellows!

I maintain a FAQ.  Now the website it belongs to has had a major
upgrade and the FAQ needs to change a lot and grow a lot.  I will be
very grateful if someone can suggest a tool that'll help me structure
and keep overview of the FAQ.  -Both with regards to the tree of
information in it, and revisions of the individual posts in it.
