Streaming flash to local harddisk

Hi,
I frequently get to webpages, where there are flash "films"
that my flash plugin in Firefox nicely displays.
However, frequently, I would like to store these files on my
local harddisk to refer to them later.
It is of course trivial to download and store files that are
called filexyz.swf.
But some are slightly more tricky.
You can see an example for illustration here:

What could I do to make this tutorial available on the local
disk?
I tried long and hard to google for things like
+linux +flash +stream to local disk" but anything that I got was
either (potentially) working for windows or not helpfull.
Maybe my english is not up to the task. Anyway I hope the
example illustrates what I like to achieve.
I would appreciate any ideas.
(K)Ubuntu Dapper 6.06.1 on i686 with firefox 1.5.06 and
macromedia flashplugin 7.0
Btw.: exactly the same happens with the windows version of
firefox 1.5.06 with flashplugin 9.0, used under wine
Thanks and best regards
Eberhard
