Generate Ubuntu DVDs including all of Ubuntu

Hello Ubuntuers!

As I was in need to generate Ubuntu DVDs including all of main,
restricted, universe, and multiverse with all the security updates for
offline installations I made a script which does exactly this.

It generates a local mirror of Ubuntu and splits the packages into DVD
sized chunks.
