how to upgrade from 6.06 to 6.06.1 using apt

You shouldn't need to do a "dist-upgrade"--this will have no effect 
unless you change something in /etc/apt/sources.list to a different 
version... Say "breezy" to "dapper"--that's what dist-upgrade is for. 
See my previous post for the commands to upgrade to 6.06.1--it's really 
not that difficult.
