Have a look at: man ssh_config

In there you'll find all kinds of goodies about aliasing hostname and
putting standar options in there for them.

If that's not enough you can use alacarte to create a separate ssh
menu in your applications-menu and put shortcuts to launching a
gnome-terminal with the specified ssh-command in there.
