If you're convinced that ssmtp is simpler, sure, file a bug (I have no
idea - I use masqmail).  Postfix is the default for historical reasons - it
used to be included in ubuntu-desktop, pre-breezy.  I think _something_
should be mentioned explicitly, just to provide a guideline to users
contemplating installing an smtp server, but it doesn't need to be postfix.
