netspeed: Netspeed applet has disabled device change

Ive two network interfaces and when I try change Preferences/Network
Device It is disabled and selected is only second interface.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add to panel netspeed applet
2. Right click on this applet and select Preferences
3. I see disabled device dropdown
