smbclient problem

smbclient on Dapper doesn't have any problems displaying directory
names longer than 12 characters:

$ smbclient //hostname/C$ -U username%password -c dir | grep Documents
Domain=[DOMAIN] OS=[Windows 5.1] Server=[Windows 2000 LAN Manager]
  Documents and Settings              D        0  Wed Aug 25 14:55:11 2004
