This is somewhat old, so I don't know if you've resolved it already.
The list of trusted networks is held in gconf. Using the gconf editor,
it is under system->networking->wireless->networks. Just delete the
entries for the networks you don't want.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the files. They are at
~/.gconf/system/networking/wireless/networks. Just delete the folders
for the networks you don't want.
