Obvious Question

Dear Tim:

Many thanks. If the web site had said that the email lists are mirrored 
on the forums, I wouldn't have had to ask how to post. I could find no 
hyperlink on the forums main page.

On all the boards with questions, right at the top of the thread list 
there is a hyperlink for "New Thread".  This is how you ask questions in 
ubuntu forums (other than this email list which is mirrored on the forum).
