No, it isn't need for someone that keeps an up-to-date system. you may
even see on your system that the version of your system has been updated
to 6.06.1 .

The problem of the size of updates needing to be downloaded just after
an installation of Dapper has been discussed here (on that mailing). So
the solution proposed was to periodically release Install CDs including
those updates ( bugs fix/improvements ). So I think this new version is
the result of that discussion.
I really want to thanks the whole developer team of Ubuntu for their
reactivity and the consideration they give to users remarks . I really
love that community.
