Groups question

Hi,

I know this question was on a thread recently but I can't find it
anymore. My problem is that for "normal" users there are only 5 entries
in the "System->Administration" menu although they all belong to the
following groups:

"Domain Admins" adm cdrom floppy audio video plugdev users lpadmin
scanner admin gdm
[my groups don't come from /etc/group but from ldap but that shouldn't
be an issue, should it?]

So my question is: To which group(s) must a user belong in order to get
the whole Administration menu?
