Okay, running stuff by right click is very easy. Start by going to>
/home/user/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts <this is in the hidden
files(view>show hidden files).

In the nautilus-scripts folder right click> create document> empty
file> lets name it> file-roller.

now click on it to open it in gedit now type>

exec file-roller <and exit selecting save. Now right click the file>
properties> permissions and check the execute box, then close. Click on
the reload button and close nautilus. Now right click the
desktop>scripts and you should see file-roller click on it to launch
file-roller. Thats it now you can create your own.

This instructions are for a very simple script, you can do alot more
then the simple example i did just to give you some idea how it works.

Theres also a template feature to make life much easier. You can create
a empty executable file so you don't have to set your files executable
it will allready be. Heres how->

open nautilus select go and templates this will create the template
folder. Now right click> create document> empty file, name it exec. Now
right click on the exec file>properties>permissions> check the execute
box

That's it now you will have a new entry under your right click> create
document <which will create a emty executable file for you to put your
scripts in.
