Add "File Roller"/"Archive Manager" to right-click on Desktop

There is already a menu option to create archive: in Nautilus select the files you want to archive, then right-click on them and select "Create Archive", it will fire up "File Roller" (hence no need to create an empty document nor encumber the menus with a File Roller icon ;-)
