Opera 9.01 release and changelog

Good question. I thought repos were frozen once the release is out.
Is the -commercial repo different then ? 
Does it get automatically updated with newer version when available ?
Is there an official such commitment/garantee about this ? Or is it just a case of "ask for it, you never know your luck ?".

Not that I am interested in any of the packages (so far) in this repo, but I would just like to be sure how this new repo works, as it's kinda not like the others...
