To people viewing from the Ubuntu forums

I'm sorry I should have been a little more verbose and specific.  Being 
that I was referring to forum posters telling mailing list posters to 
move their posts to other areas of the forum because they "don't belong 
here", I thought I didn't really need to specify that I meant Ubuntu 
related issues.

This is not an official point of view, but a pet peeve that has been 
building with the amount of forum posts here that completely ignore the 
fact that this is an email list, and not just an unruly section of their 
web forum.  In a moment of pique, I sent that email.  I am sorry if I 
have overstepped my bounds.
