Absolutely.  Unless one have a paid support contract one has no right to 
kvetch about gratis help that is offerred.  If you don't like it, don't use 
it.

After all these messages on how to give free help correctly, I find myself 
much less likely to volunteer help than I was before.  I doubt that was the 
intent of these threads, but that's the major effect.
