One good resource is http://magnatune.com/

They have both "lofi" and "hifi" mp3 - hifi being 128 KB/s 
If you rip the "high quality" music you get an announcement on each track,
which strikes me as reasonable. ( It's just naming the track and
saying it's from Magnatunes.com)

The lofi ( 24 KB/s ) tracks have no announcements.
