Sound problems

Hello all,

I have torubles with my sound. I do not have an idea why. Under breezy
the sound work pretty well. But since my upgrade i have only troubles.
1. my flash and most of the movies do not play any sound
2. i used always TeamSpeak for conversions, now I have an muted headset
and microphone

does anybody can help me, a sound noob under linux?
