installation problem???

Hello

yaa ,when i press ENTER for continue installation or starting installation
my system is goigng to restart.
I have already send u my  System configuration.

NO i have tried only INSTALL CD of ubuntu.

I have two version of it 5.04 &  5.10 .I have tried both of these.
Plzz tell me how i can remove this problem???
