Warning message at apt-get ??

Hi,

Whenever I try to apt-get something, it will generate some warning
messages which I not sure what had happened. Basically I still manage to
apt-get the software, just it prints some warning messages which i think
I should post here.

Can someone tell me what is going on here and what should I do.
