acroread plugin not working

This is a problem with Reader, I'm betting .. I had the same issues in
Windows on three different machines, home and work .. The solution there
was to go to Edit, Preferences, Startup and tick Use only certified
plugins.  

Reader still loads for me, and loads a lot faster .. Haven't had any
problems in Linux, but I'm using version 5.1, which IMO is the last
really stable version ..
