Whatr flashplugin did you installed? Please type about:config into the 
ff adressbar, and post the version showed for 'Shockwave Flash':

Shockwave Flash

    Dateiname: libflashplayer.so
    Shockwave Flash 7.0 r63

MIME-Typ 	Beschreibung 	Endungen 	Aktiviert
application/x-shockwave-flash 	Shockwave Flash 	swf 	Ja

And then type on the Commandline this:
COLUMNS=180 dpkg -l *firefox*

and post that output, too.
