when I originally setup my gnome desktop on Breezy Badger, I removed all the panels except 1. Now I'd like to add a 2nd... is there a place from within gnome to do this? (I tried the context-menu on the panel, but when I add a new panel, all I get is a large, empty bar at the bottom of the bottom of the screen)
