launchpad.net error message

Hi all,

For reasons I haven't been able to determine, the dapper upgrade
("update-manager -d") failed on my laptop, and I am trying to submit a
bug report at <https://launchpad.net/>, but after filling in the
information and pressing submit, I get this pink error message: "An
error occurred." No indication of what the problem is. Anyone have any
idea what's going on?
