Hi Tony,
Ewww. I hadn't realised this. I just had 2.9.1 as the only version
installed so 'unison' works. "sudo update-alternatives --config unison"
could be used if multiple versions are installed.

Yes you can - a line with "servercmd = unison-2.9.1" for example.
