I have some problem in the ubuntu 's networks

but I can not ping to 10.0.0.138 (the Gateway);
and It tell me destination host unreachable;

of cource ,no matter I use the DHCP or the static IP.the reslut is also;

but ,when I use the DHCP in windows ,It will work:!

I do not knew how to solove the problem; can anybody help me!
